This year’s PENANG Run is scheduled for Sunday May 14, 2023. Flagging off at 7.00am at Vision Park, Kepala Batas, participants will complete a 5 kilometer walk along Jalan Tun Hamdan Sheikh Tahir, Jalan Bertam Perdana, Persiaran Bertam Perdana 6, before returning to the flag off point to complete the circuit. The PENANG Run aims to promote a healthy lifestyle for Penang residents while showing their love of Penang and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Mainland.

Registration closes on April 30 2023, so participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Organized by the Penang State Government in conjunction with its Penang 2030 vision of a family-focused green and smart state that inspires the nation, the PENANG Run provides a platform for participants to express their love of Penang and willingness to share in the vision of making Penang the frontrunner destination and economic leader in Malaysia.

Entries are priced at RM15.00 per person and all participants will receive a blue PENANG t-shirt and medals for their efforts, a high quality goodie bag comprising Decathlon Hiking Backpack filled with Mate Mate Energy Drink and Powder Coffee Tree 3-in-1 Coffee. There will also be a Lucky Draw with 5 units of WMOTO WM110 motorbikes as the Grand Prizes, 30 units of Champion 26” Mountain Bikes and 142 units of PENANG backpacks for lucky participants.
